A group of 10 children from class 3 were chosen to represent the school at a Tri-golf competition at Denver Golf Centre organised by the School Sports Partnership.

They were given the opportunity to practise putting and chipping skills. They had a fun afternoon chipping balls into paddling pools, and trying to get the balls between two sets of cones to score points.
They performed very well, losing to the winners by only 22 points. The winning school scored 2011, and Denver scored 1189. The children battled through the showers and were very keen to finish the course before the torrential rain took over.
Well done to them all!
