DFE School Performance Tables
A summary of the 2013 Key Stage 2 results is shown below:
- The % achieving level 4 or above in reading, writing and maths was 79%
- In reading 85% made expected progress; in writing 100% made expected progress and in maths 92% made expected progress.
- In reading, 57% achieved level 5 or above; in writing, 29% achieved level 5 or above; in grammar, spelling and punctuation 64% achieved level 5 or above and in maths, 50% achieved level 5 or above.
A summary of the 2014 Key Stage 2 results is shown here:
- The % achieving level 4 or above in reading, writing and maths was 76%
- In reading 73% made expected progress; in writing 87% made expected progress and in maths 93% made expected progress.
- In reading, 47% achieved level 5 or above; in writing, 35% achieved level 5 or above; in spelling, grammar and punctuation 59% achieved level 5 or above and in maths, 29% achieved level 5 or above.
A summary of the 2015 Key Stage 2 results is shown here:
- The % achieving level 4 or above in reading, writing and maths was 80%
- In reading 93% made expected progress; in writing 93% made expected progress and in maths 93% made expected progress.
- In reading, 47% achieved level 5 or above; in writing 67% achieved level 5 or above; in spelling, punctuation and grammar 73% achieved level 5 or above and in maths 27% achieved level 5 or above.
A summary of the 2016 Key Stage 2 results is shown here:
Due to new national assessments this year, results are not comparable with previous years.
- The percentage of pupils that achieved the expected standard or above in all of reading, writing and mathematics was 53% with 0% achieving a combined higher level.
- 13% pupils achieved a higher level in mathematics.
- 20% pupils achieved a higher level in writing.
- In Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling, 73% pupils achieved the expected standard and 20% achieved the higher standard.
- Writing progress score was 1.9.
- Mathematics progress score was -0.6.
- Reading progress score was -4.4.
- Average scaled score in mathematics was 103.
- Average scaled score in reading was 99.
- Average scaled score in grammar, punctuation and spelling was 103.
A summary of the 2017 results is shown below:
- 82% pupils achieved the expected standard or above in all of reading, writing and maths with 29% achieving a combined higher level.
- 41% achieved higher standard in reading.
- 29% achieved greater depth in writing.
- 41% achieved higher standard in maths.
- In Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling, 100% pupils achieved the expected standard and 41% achieved the higher standard.
- Reading progress score was -0.1
- Writing progress score was 0.8
- Mathematics progress score was 0.3
- Average scaled score in reading was 108
- Average scaled score in mathematics was 108
- Average scaled score in grammar, punctuation and spelling was 110

- 36% achieved the higher standard in reading.
- 36% achieved greater depth in writing.
- 7% achieved the higher standard in maths.
- In Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling, 79% pupils achieved the expected standard with 29% achieving the higher standard.
- Reading progress score was -2.4.
- Writing progress score was 1.7.
- Mathematics progress score was -1.7.
- Average scaled score in reading was 103.
- Average scaled score in mathematics was 104.

- 67% of pupils achieved the expected standard or above in all of reading, writing and maths with 13% achieving a combined higher level.
- 40% achieved the higher standard in reading.
