Our popular wrap around school childcare is available every day during term time only. The children take part in a variety of different fun activities, including arts and crafts, sports and games, cookery etc.

The Before School Club runs from 8 - 8.45am daily.   Charges per session (or part thereof) are 1 child - £3; 2 children - £5; 3 or more children - £7.

The 3.15 Club runs from the end of the normal school day until 4.20pm, 5.00pm or 6pm.  Charges per session (or part thereof) are £4 per child to 4.20pm, £6 per child to 5.00pm or £10 to 6.00pm (no concessions).

Booking a place in the clubs

If you would like your child to attend, please book a place in advance to enable us to ensure sufficient staff supervision.  We are happy to take block bookings so that you can book for the month, half term, etc. in advance:

• For Before School Club, email b4schoolclub@denver.norfolk.sch.uk only
  • at the latest by 6pm on the day before a place is required
  • for a space in Monday’s club, email by 6pm on the Friday before   
• For 3.15 Club, email 3.15club@denver.norfolk.sch.uk only
  • at the latest by 6pm on the day before a place is required
  • for a space in Monday’s club, email by 6pm on the Friday before
• Please also:
  • let  us know which child/ren you are booking for and which dates you would like them to attend
  • send payment online, in advance to the Denver School Bank Account
  • read the automatic reply carefully as it provides important information
  • email payments@denver.norfolk.sch.uk with details to let us know you have paid

Both email accounts have automatic replies set.  If you email us for a place but do not receive an auto-reply, please assume that one has been reserved - we will only contact you directly if there is a problem with your request.

If you arrive at school for the club and have not advised us as above, regretfully, you will not be able to leave your child. 

If you have booked a place but your child is unable to attend, please let us know at the latest by 6pm on the day before.  If your child does not turn up for a place which has been booked, regretfully, we will charge you as normal as we may have arranged for extra staff to supervise at the club. However, if your child is not able to attend the club on that day because of illness, and is therefore also not in school, there will be no charge. 

 

Please be aware that neither of the mailboxes are monitored after 6pm, Monday to Friday, or any time during the weekend.
