On Thursday 20^th July 2017 Class 3 visited Norwich Castle for a day learning and experiencing the Anglo Saxons and the Vikings.

It was a very busy day which saw the children engaged in roleplay with Freya the Storyteller, creating their own brooches (see above), learning from graves and the remains inside them, talking to Helga the trader and exploring all the items that she had on offer and taking part in a ceremony to honour a great tribal leader.
