Homework:
Maths homework is set on Monday to be returned by Wednesday.
English homework is set on Wednesday to be returned by Friday.
Spellings will be set on Friday to be tested the following Friday.

Some children find it extremely beneficial to read their spellings with their parents/carers and your support in this is very welcome. Additionally if your child is a developing reader it is important that they get as much support at home as possible through reading and sharing books.

If you have any queries about your child please feel free to contact me. Sometimes conversations at the beginning of the day are not easy as lessons need to be started promptly so after school meetings would be preferable.

I look forward to the exciting term ahead with Class 3.
